Get ready for this when you shop the big fancy mattress stores. The RSA (Retail Sales Assistant) is trained by management to show you the very expensive mattresses and adjustable bases first. Start at the “Top” with the most expensive and then move down to lesser expensive. And, often you will never be shown the best value if it doesn’t generate big money for the RSA commission check and the big money into the bank account of the retailer.
